Every quarter we take you on a taste adventure, delivering to your door 6 to 8 sensational local artisan & small batch food or drink items. These products are meticulously sourced and curated to reflect a fun theme that will get your innovative juices flowing. Included is a guide that demonstrates how you can create exciting food at home using the best produce from right here in our local communities.There are limited numbers in each edition and these will be available until sold out - so don’t delay. Subscribe or gift your special someone today, and let’s get cooking.
If you are subscribed as an Urban Food member, your Urban Food Box will be delivered upon each new release, approximately every three months. We’ll shoot you an email to let you know it's on the way!

All gift boxes are packaged and dispatched immediately. If you would like for your Urban Food Box to be delivered at a certain time during a quarterly period, please email us at [email protected] so we can tee this up for you.
How long does it take to arrive?
Orders are shipped the next business day. It typically takes 2 to 7 business days to arrive. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
Free shipping Australia wide - hooray! An additional fee of $5 per box may be included for remote locations.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Just sign into your account at the top of our webpage. From there you can manage your current order, payment information, subscriptions and shipping address. All cancellations will be effective immediately. You may still receive one more subscription box depending on where you are in the quarterly cycle.
When am I charged?
After signing up to join our community of Urban Food Adventurers, you will be charged immediately for your initial subscription. Following that, you will be charged every time your subscription renews at the beginning of each quarterly subscription cycle for the length of your subscription period.
Returns or Refunds?
If something has gone wrong with your order, we do apologise! For damaged or faulty items, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will have full replacements sent out to you in a jiffy. We request that you also include an image of the damaged goods so we can ensure quality for future deliveries. At this time we do not offer refunds.
