Bacon Jam Factory Bacon Salt
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup tequila
1/8 cup triple sec
Mabu Mabu Pineapple Hot Sauce (substitute for pineapple chunk or lime)
Optional garnishes: lime, pineapple slices, pomegranate
1. Rub the rim of the glass with Mabu Mabu Pineapple Hot Sauce and press firmly into bacon salt until well coated.
2. Place into a shaker tequila, pineapple juice, triple sec, and ice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker mists.
3. Pour margarita into the glass. Garnish and serve.
